So let me tell you about this vegan mayo.
I know a lot of people think mayo is gross, but I love it. I have always loved mayonnaise, and it was one of the things I had trouble giving up when I first went vegan. There’s just something satisfying about it… that creamy, tangy taste. I guess I should say I enjoyed Miracle Whip, not mayo. Which bring me to this:
This tastes like tangy Miracle Whip.
I can’t tell that this is made out of plants. At all. Sometimes you get a alternative and you think, well this is good, but yeah I can tell it’s not the same; but this, holy wow. It’s really, really good.
I had it last night on a piece of toasted bread with spinach and tomato. I honestly think I like it better than I ever liked Miracle Whip. It’s better. It’s lighter and the taste is so, well, tangy. The best part? You can get it at Dollar Tree for, of course, a freaking dollar. So of course I bought four jars. The jars are sort of small, but for a dollar you’re still getting more product than you would buying a big jar of mayo or miracle whip. Not to mention it’s soy free.
I am very impressed with this product. I can’t wait to use it to make all kinds of sandwiches, dressings, and as a mix in for all kinds of different baked goods and dinner items like mashed potatoes and pasta salads. This mayo is ten times better than the “real thing” at a fraction of the cost.
That’s fucking cruel
This isn’t fucking funny. My mom has been a waitress almost all of my life and for most of it we lived off of scraps. She worked hard every damn day being paid less than minimum wage to help raise us four kids. All of our meals, all of our clothing, all of our school books, our fucking rent was always paid by tips. Some weeks were better than others but we learned how to make our dimes stretch and now she is doing better, with a manager position where things are more stable for her.
Bakc to the point, don’t any of you ever, EVER FUCKING DO THIS. SPREADING THE WORD OF YOUR RELIGION IS FINE AND DANDY BUT DON’T TO IT AT THE COST OF A SINGLE MOTHER NOT BEING ABLE TO FEED HERSELF SO HER KIDS CAN HAVE A PLACE TO SLEEP AT NIGHT.
When Christians act like little fucks
We had someone who kept giving these to the POC cashiers.
THIS IS THE WORST POST I HAVE EVER SEEN
Nestlé backed up that statement with this ruthless move at the World Water Forum.
Across the globe, Nestlé is pushing to privatize and control public water resources.
Nestlé’s Chairman of the Board, Peter Brabeck, has explained his philosophy with “The one opinion, which I think is extreme, is represented by the NGOs, who bang on about declaring water a public right. That means as a human being you should have a right to water. That’s an extreme solution.”
Since that quote has gotten widespread attention, Brabeck has backtracked, but his company has not. Around the world, Nestlé is bullying communities into giving up control of their water. It’s time we took a stand for public water sources.
Tell Nestlé that we have a right to water. Stop locking up our resources!
At the World Water Forum in 2000, Nestlé successfully lobbied to stop water from being declared a universal right — declaring open hunting season on our local water resources by the multinational corporations looking to control them. For Nestlé, this means billions of dollars in profits. For us, it means paying up to 2,000 percent more for drinking water because it comes from a plastic bottle.
Now, in countries around the world, Nestlé is promoting bottled water as a status symbol. As it pumps out fresh water at high volume, water tables lower and local wells become degraded. Safe water becomes a privilege only affordable for the wealthy.
In our story, clean water is a resource that should be available to all. It should be something we look after for the public good, to keep safe for generations, not something we pump out by billions of gallons to fuel short-term private profits. Nestlé thinks our opinion is “extreme”, but we have to make a stand for public resources. Please join us today in telling Nestlé that it’s not “extreme” to treat water like a public right.
Tell Nestlé to start treating water like a public right, not a source for private profits!

See this picture? This comes from a town in Canada where a 24 pack of water bottles is 104 dollars and formula milk for a baby is priced at 55 dollars a pack. What’s more, a pack of diapers is 95 dollars and one head of lettuce is 26 dollars. Inuit people are starving in a country known for it’s generosity.
If you don’t believe this is true, you can find more images like this here. This is the only grocery store these people have in their small towns, and many people are going hungry & elderly are dying faster.
You’ll send aid to foreign children that are starving, so why won’t you pay a little extra to feed the people in your own country who work hard & still can’t afford the prices for healthy food for their families?
Please have a heart and reblog this photo to raise awareness that even in our own countries people are starving, join the movement and show the government that we won’t sit by and watch people starve.
If you think this will make your blog ugly you’re wrong. Children in a first world country are getting sick & starving, and nobody is even aware it’s happening. You can let people know by reblogging and showing you care. People I am close to, my friends and future in-laws are going through this.
Love how little attention this post gets from my beach blog followers.
Ok I didn’t think this could possibly be for real, but I found a news source on the matter. This is insane.
YES, this is real.
It’s so weird that people are just now waking up to this.

To help demystify the process, we spoke with Greg Peterson, a gardening expert in Phoenix, Ariz. who has spent decades growing edibles in his yard and teaches gardening classes at Root Phoenix, an organization dedicated to community-driven education.
We’ll provide some simple steps to help you start gardening in your space and include some tips for making the most of your yard.
Beekeepers near the French town of Ribeauville have noticed their bees turning out honey in unnatural shades — green, blue and dark brown among them. The beekeepers believe the bees are consuming residue from containers of M&M’s candy processed at a nearby biogas plant.
well that is a little unsettling…
Easiest healthiest cookie recipe in the world! 1 banana + 1 cup oats = cookie. You can add berries or raisins if you want. Just mash all together in bowl with your hands and bake for 15-20 min at 350F. Done!
Ooo, I want to give this a try.
So, pointless post #1 (so pointless it doesn’t even deserve to be in the title), I dropped a couple of big chunks of cake from my fork onto the table & realized the face I made for that is a LOT like when I see people getting shot to death in documentaries.
Not sure how I should feel about that.
